First off, the homework is similar to what is on the syllabus:

• p.313, #1, 4, 11, 18 (omit parts f, g, h for each question)
• Read p. 296-309 (this is the addition)

And the announcement about the test...

as many of you could tell, there was no simulation question on the exam.  So... we will be giving one simulation test question in class on Monday (we will have a few minutes to study for it), and it will be worth 14 points of test #1.  This will take about 10 minutes of class.
