Today we wrapped up chapter 27 - inference with regression.

On Thursday we will review; Monday is the group quiz and Wednesday is the major test over chapters 19-27 (with emphasis on 26 and 27).
Last test of the 5th six weeks is next week (the end is near)! Here's the review. Yes, I am posting the answers as well.
Today we reviewed regressions, in preparation of the final chapter =)

QUIZ on Tuesday (not test!) over all three types of chi-squared tests in Chapter 26.
Today we wrapped up Chapter 26 (chi-squared tests of homogeneity and independence).

On Friday we will have a quiz over goodness-of-fit tests, along with identifying tests of homogeneity/independence. Next Tuesday we will have a test QUIZ over all of Chapter 26 (all three types of chi-squared tests).
Today we started up with chi-squared tests in Chapter 26.
- Ch 26, #3, 4, 5, 9 (for #3 and #4, skip part "b" - these are obviously "goodness-of-fit" tests, since that is all we've learned thus far)
No homework.
We'll catch up on Thursday in class.

Your graded group quizzes may be picked up starting 3rd period on Monday.
If you would like extra practice with identifying types of inference, then the worksheet below is for you~
For each problem, identify the type of problem, then write out the formula(s).
For even additional practice, work out problems #3 and #6 completely (conditions, hypothesis, formulas, calculations, conclusions, etc etc etc).
Here is the review assignment for all of the inference that we've covered thus far~
- Inference Worksheet #1.pdf - IDENTIFY and WRITE FORMULAS (do NOT actually work all of these problems!!!). Solutions for these are posted in class on my side whiteboard.
- Ch 19 - 25 Test Review.pdf - work these 3 problems COMPLETELY.
- Chapter 23, #1, 3, 4, 5
- Chapter 25, #2, 23
