A couple of notes on HW #17:
- The bookwork is unchanged from the calendar… HOWEVER note that there is no way of verifying the normality condition on #32 (just make a note of that in the conditions and do the problem anyway).
- 25 Worksheet – Inference Worksheet #1.pdf (skip #6 and #8)
For each problem, name the type of procedure, write the hypothesis (if it is a z-test or t-test), and write out the formula. Then for #1, 2, 7, and 11, fill in the values. DO NOT WORK OUT ANY OF THE PROBLEMS TO COMPLETION.
AP Stat – HW #13 (Read p. 521-522)
The stat homework tonight is two pages of reading: pages 521 (starting from “getting started”) to 522 (all the way through the bottom – “Gosset’s t”).
There may be a short quiz over the reading as soon as you walk in on Thursday/Friday.
