As it says in the title, this is required EVEN if you are exempting the final exam.

A final exam “review” will be posted by week’s end, which should be completed by next week’s final exam.
AP Stat – HW #9 (Test Review, due Weds. Dec. 8)
Eight problems are listed below for you to use in review for the test. You must do at least 5, but you are certainly encouraged to do more than 5.
For any credit, you must show all of your thinking including drawings, write very neatly, and use probability notation. If you want to make certain you know the concepts, do not check answers until you have put work into your answers.
Review of Part IV, beginning on p. 402
- #1 draw a diagram first, conditional probability and independence
- #2 use a table to find probabilities and independence
- #3 changing a random variable by a constant
- #5 create probability distribution and find mean and st dev
- #12ab mean and st dev of a probability model
- #20ab and #37 (counts as one problem) dependent and independent probabilities including “at least one”
- #28 and #30 (counts as one problem) uses the Normal model
- #40 draw a diagram, find probabilities
